abstract |
The invention concerns a method and a device for the telemetering of uranium or plutonium in radioactive materials, wherein the sample of material to be analyzed is to be handled as little as possible. In order to achieve this object, according to the invention, a laser beam is focused by a focusing unit on the sample to be analyzed such that a light-emitting plasma is generated; the emission spectrum of the plasma is imaged by an imaging unit in a spectrograph; and finally it is analyzed by means of an analyzing unit. |
