The present invention relates to various biological compositions that can be extracted from the grass Glycerrhiza glabra L. Different extraction methods lead to different types of compositions having each a specific spectrum of activities. The activities of the various compositions comprise anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-protozoan and anti-allergic activities. |
