The present invention is an article of apparel for an amputee's residuum, and for non-amputees who desire or require padding. The padding is in the form of a gel which can be used alone or in combination with various other materials such as fabrics. Typically, the invention is in the form of two-piece formfitting sleeve member. One piece (1a) is designed to cover the bony prominance of a stump and come up over the knee, and another piece (1b) is designed to circumscribe the soft tissue around the stump. |
