A metallic extruded tube comprises a metallic drum portion, which easily undergoes plastic deformation and is closed at one end thereof, a shoulder contiguous to the other end of the drum portion and a neck, and a resin film having a thermoplastic resin layer with an adhesive property for metals, which is formed by performing spray-coating of a spheroidal fine-grain dispersion composed of a thermoplastic resin with an adhesive property for metals on the inner wall surface of the drum portion, and then heating and fusing the grains. The resin film formed on the metallic extruded tube is compact and almost free of pin holes, excellent in breaking point elongation percentage, has a high reliability of being free of cracks or the like attributable to deformation such as bending, and an excellent protective function for the metallic drum portion and contents therein. |
