Living on our beautiful green campus you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk away from the library, lecture theatres, shops, cafés and bars. And if you love the great outdoors, take a short walk from campus and you’re in the stunning South Downs.

You’re guaranteed university-managed accommodation during your first year if you firmly accept an offer of a place from us and submit an online housing application by 30 June.
There are more than 150 nationalities studying at Sussex and a third of our students come from outside the UK, which means there are lots of chances to meet people from all over the world.
You can also buy international food from our cafés, shops and weekly street food market.
With our Language Café, Buddy Scheme and opportunities to study abroad, you can explore new cultures and meet others who share your interests.
