Details

Steps to reproduce:

I'm running a popular virtual tabletop software FoundryVTT (v12.331, current latest version). It uses a canvas element that displays a html5 video. This works find in FF v130, but since FF v131 this video is stuck in a loop between just 2 of its frames.

Actual results:

2 frames being repeated, causing a very disturbing effect.

Expected results:

Video playback.

Thank you for that, I searched the bugs but couldn't find anything relevant.
I can confirm, this has been fixed in the Nightly build.
I did test the Beta, but didn't think to test the Nightly🤦‍♀️
