This attack does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each damage counter on the Defending Pokémon.

Origin
Meditate and Confuse Ray are both moves in the Pokémon games. Jynx can learn Meditate (via breeding), but not Confuse Ray. This card's English e-Reader Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Crystal, whereas the Japanese entry comes from Pokémon Gold.
