Trivia
This card's effect is similar to Friend Ball, except it can only search for a Pokémon with the same name instead of the same type.
Origin
The Love Ball is a type of Poké Ball introduced in Generation II that works better against Pokémon that are of the opposite gender to the player's active Pokémon.
