Santo (Japanese: ソルト Salt) is a character of the day who appeared in Performing with Fiery Charm!. He is a Pokémon Connoisseur who acted as one of the judges of the Dendemille Town Rookie Class Pokémon Showcase along with Gena and Delilah.

During the Theme Performance, he had his Mime Jr. evaluate the Poké Puffs made by the Performers. They let Miette, Jessilia, and Serena advance to the second round. At the end of the Freestyle Performance, he voted along with the audience to decide the winner of the Pokémon Showcase and was shown to vote for Miette.

Mime Jr. is Santo's only known Pokémon. Together with Gena's Jigglypuff and Delilah's Furfrou, it judged the Poké Puffs made by the Performers during the Theme Performance of the Dendemille Rookie Class Showcase. They let Miette, Jessilia, and Serena advance to the Freestyle Performance.

It prefers spicy-flavored food.

None of Mime Jr.'s moves are known.
