Err... I wish I could tell you, but that particular tube has long been disposed of. I can say that it was definitely fluoridated (all toothpaste that I use is), and it's apparent from the image that it's Crest and ADA-approved (whatever that means). I'm almost certain that the type was Pro-Health Cinnamon, but I'm not absolutely certain. FWIW, Crest's website gives the fluoride content as 0.454% stannous fluoride, equivalent to 0.243% sodium fluoride. Sorry not to be of more help. Thegreenj (talk) 04:20, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
- Never mind. I found more of the same stuff I used for the photograph. It is Crest Pro-Health Clean Cinnamon, 0.454% stannous fluoride, 0.16% w/v fluoride ion. Thegreenj (talk) 05:05, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
Thank you!
editI just wanted to thank you for your help in fleshing out the descriptions of the Gillray images and linking them to existing higher resolution images. Without the context of the contemporary politics, a lot of them just seem really strange. Dcoetzee (talk) 04:26, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
DLS image
editExcellent work on the daylight saving image. Just letting you know a referendum is proceeding in Western Australia (voting finished about 2 hours ago) which, on current results (55.5% No with around three-quarters of votes counted), will end the three-year trial of daylight saving here. Major media networks have already indicated this. I'm advising you of this so WA can be changed from blue to orange (the official result will probably be known later in the week but won't differ much from this one). Orderinchaos (talk) 12:18, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks, it got fixed. Eubulides (talk) 17:03, 28 August 2009 (UTC)

The file you pulled from CDC.gov of tap water on the topic of fluoridation is not public domain. Please be careful when pulling images from government websites. If the agency licensed the image from a stock house, as is the case with this, then they did not create the content and it is not public domain.--Ericschrader

Thanks for uploading Image:Portal-puzzle.svg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |
Daylight Saving Time: restoration nominated
editI don't know if you'd be able to describe the steps you took in restoring the Daylight Saving Time poster, at en:Wikipedia:Featured picture candidates/File:Victory-Cigar-Congress-Passes-DST.jpeg. Thanks for your comment. Papa Lima Whiskey (talk) 12:05, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
