The coat of arms you want is quite complicated and I usually do not make very detailed coat of arms drawings like in the example, because it would be better if someone with an interest in this would do it. Hi. When we check the maps, even though the parks are next to each other, they are separated by a road (Taşkışla St.). In addition, the park is called "Maçka Sanat Parkı" and "Maçka Demokrasi Parkı" in Turkish. Hi, I notice the Ongin inscription photo you made for Bumın kagan, it's really nice, but I think there are two mistakes in the "yama qagan (𐰘𐰢𐰃𐰴𐰍𐰣)" part, it should be 𐰖𐰢𐰀𐰴𐰍𐰣. In the paper from Osawa, who said it is yama not yamï, so the "𐰃" should be "𐰀", and the "𐰘" shold be "𐰖", because "𐰘" is used for front vowel, which is not the case in "yama". I'm sorry to trouble you, but I cannot find out who are the judges for Turkey. You have chosen this image from @Mkrc85: as a winner.
Unless I am mistaken, this posed photo has been flipped 180 degrees. The insects are clearly hanging down (check their feet).

Dear Wikimedian,

Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2023 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighteenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2023) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and top 5% of most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

Round 1 will end on 14 October 2024, 23:59:59 UTC.
