English: Semmy Schilt (born October 27, 1973), also known as Sem Schilt, is a Dutch Ashihara karateka, kickboxer, mixed martial artist and four time (three times consecutive) K-1 World GP champion. He is the first and only fighter in K-1 history to win the championship three times in a row, and also shares the record with Ernesto Hoost for most GPs won, with four.
Nederlands: Sem (Semmy) Schilt ( Rotterdam, 27 oktober 1973) is een Nederlands Ashihara-karateka, kickbokser en MMA-vechter, die viermaal de K-1 World Grand Prix won. Hij is 2,12 meter lang en 133 kilo zwaar. Hij is op het moment lid van Team Golden Glory en geeft les bij Sportschool Dave Jonkers in Zuidlaren, waar laatstgenoemde de baas is, alsmede Schilts trainer.
