Wiki Loves Monuments 2024 en Libye

Wiki Loves Monuments est un concours photographique international visant à valoriser les sites historiques du monde via les projets Wikimédia (principalement Wikipédia et Wikimédia Commons)

This year, Libya participates for the first time, and you are encouraged to submit any of your photos (new or old) of monuments in Libya between 21st September and 21st October 2024. Everybody can participate. By submitting your photos to the competition, you share and help preserve the cultural heritage of Libya with the rest of the world. We will explain below how to participate, what you can win and what monument sites are eligible and the Freedom of Panorama in Libya.
At the end of the month, the contest jury will begin evaluating the photographs and will choose the best 10 pictures of the monuments in Libya.

Règlement du concours

Nous essayons de garder la participation au concours simple. Il n'y a que quelques règles pour les photos pour participer au concours en Libye. Regardons les rapidement.
Toutes les entrées doivent être votre propre travail ; ne manipulez pas les images originales et assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas de filigranes visibles.
Toutes les photos doivent être téléchargées entre le 21 septembre et le 21 octobre 2024 pour être admissibles.
Toutes les photos doivent être placées sous une licence libre.
Les participants doivent avoir une boite de courriel active.
Les listes des sites admissibles sont publiées ci-dessous.
Captions and description are required.
Assurez-vous de ne pas téléverser d'images en double
Toutes les photos doivent avoir au moins 2 Mpx.

En plus de cela, voici quelques règles et conseils pratiques :
Connectez-vous ou créez un compte sur Wikimédia Commons.
Nommez correctement vos photos.
Upload images.
N'oubliez pas d'ajouter des catégories à votre image – cela sera utiles pour toutes les personnes qui la cherchent !
Partagez votre images sur les réseaux sociaux avec notre hashtag : #WLM2024.

Le jury

jury will process the images through two or three rounds during November.
At the end of this process, the jury determines the top-10.

Judging criteria

The jury will determine the winners of the international contest taking into consideration the following criteria (in no particular order):

• Technical quality (sharpness, use of light, perspective, etc.);
• Originality;
• Usefulness of the image for Wikipedia.

Images that reach a top ranking of the international finale, will typically at least fulfill the technical criteria of the ‘Featured Image’ process at Wikimedia Commons. But feel free to submit many images, and let the jury be concerned if they are good enough.
