English: Video of mitotic NRK-52E cell microinjected with the APC-specific antibody ALI 12–28. Note the comparative looseness of chromosomal congression before anaphase onset. Images were obtained using 1×1 binning and exposure times of less than 250 ms/frame with a time-lapse interval of 30 s, for up to 2 h. For presentation as movies, image series were saved as uncompressed AVI files then cropped, compressed and converted into QuickTime movies using Adobe ImageReady 7. Stills of this movie are presented in Figure 3C. |
