Article 25a(4) of the Finnish copyright law permits panorama freedom for buildings, both exteriors and interiors, regardless of whether the place is public (laws of privacy do apply). Freedom of panorama (article 25a(3)) does cover taking photos (or otherwise reproduce in pictorial form) of art in or in the immediate vicinity of a public place, but the reproductions may not be used commercially (therefore not compatible with Commons), when the work of art is the central element of the picture.
