Nice photos of Ginkakuji! Fg2 12:52, 6 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Thank you. It seldom snows as much as that day in Kyoto. I like those pictures.--Moja 03:12, 7 Apr 2005 (UTC)
That's the order show in a taiwanese book, I don't know more, but I trust it. Chinese (main china) say differently from my book. But many word have several official ways and stay unclear in their order of writing. So I'm unable to choice. Yug talk 20:30, 20 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- I didn't know that the order is different. Thank you for informing me.--Moja 00:12, 21 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Image:Tomb of Emperor Yosei.jpg
[edit]hi there Moja, thanks for uploading those images of the imperial tombs, that's really amazing. Do you have any other ones, for example the Musashino, or images of Meiji-Jingu and other places? keep up the good work... with kind regards Gryffindor 12:31, 30 September 2005 (UTC)
Hi, Gryffindor.
I've never been to Musashino nor Meiji-jingu. But Images of Musashino tombs are uploaded on japanese Wikipedia.
- ja:画像:昭和天皇陵.jpg - Tomb of Emperor Showa (Hirohito)
- ja:画像:大正天皇陵.jpg - Tomb of Emperor Taisho (Yoshihito, Hitrohito's father)
- ja:画像:貞明皇后陵.jpg - Tomb of Princess Kojun (Hirohito's wife)
Other emperor's tomb images can also be found at ja:Category:日本の陵墓の画像.
You can find images of Meiji-jingu at ja:明治神宮.--Moja 18:01, 2 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit]it is english wikipedia's policy to use the common english name, which is ulleung, not tsushima. please do not change this english map. Appleby 04:02, 4 June 2006 (UTC) i have no problem with the spelling correction, but please do not change ulleung into tsushima. you can see from google and google scholar, ulleung is more common in english. in english wikipedia, the official policy is to use common english names, not "official" or "registered" names. for example, the republic of korea is called "south korea." thanks. Appleby 07:09, 4 June 2006 (UTC)
- Moja, regardless if it is Ulleung Basin (Tsushima Basin) or Tsushima Basin (Ulleung Basin), your map is of much lower quality, but five times the size. (2.2 MB vs 430kb). hence I reverted your edit. Also, while the commons does not have an explicit 3RR policy, I am tempted to block both you and Appleby on the commons for 3RR using admins disgression, and will do so if you continue to revert each other. -- Chris 73 09:17, 5 June 2006 (UTC)
Image Tagging Image:500mark-ddr.jpg
[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:500mark-ddr.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find all your uploads using the Gallery tool. Thank you. Image:Spiraea_thunbergii1.jpg is not of thunbergii?
[edit]In my opinion are your images at http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Spiraea_thunbergii1.jpg and Spiraea_thunbergii2.jpg not of thunbergii. When I check it in a paper encyclopedia and images of sellers of the plant I get something as in http://www.esveld.nl/htmldia/s/spthun.htm.
As sometimes a name of a plant in one country is different from that in another country, I would appreciate when you could check that. Thanks --Wouterhagens 07:54, 15 April 2007 (UTC)

Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Moja. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Moja~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
