der user sollte gesperrt werden, seine "werke" sind doch alles nur billige plagiate von urheberrechtlich geschützten werken. er spricht ja davon das er nur inspririert wurde, aber mehr als ein bissl an den knöpfen des programms und von der rohmasse was zu entfernen hat er nicht gemacht. Hello,

As I have already said many times, judging the copyright of Hindu divinities images is completely meaningless. All these images are copies of each other since ages. Although I can't find the exact source of this image, a quick search on Google reveals that there are countless copies or derivatives of this, and we can't really say which is the original and which is the copy. This happens for hundred of years, and nobody ever claimed a copyright of any of these. Regards, Yann 15:37, 30 September 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for the hint at the wrong license. I changed the license into Anonymous-EU, because the author of this postcard is anonymous and the postcard was apparently printed before 1939 ( see date of stamp ). So this license should be sufficient to keep the image in wikimedia. ( I did this sort of license at all the postcards I did upload up till now in accordance with a lengthy discussion I had about the licenses for them ).Xenophon 22:37, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Hallo, Noddy. Der anonyme Author ist ein allgemein verbreitetes Problem bei Postkarten. Er arbeitet im Allgemeinen für irgendeinen Verlag und scheint meist auf der Karte gar nicht auf. Ich habe bereits hunderte von Postkarten hochgeladen und hatte darüber eine größere Diskussion mit Administrator giggy_(:O) - siehe Archiv Seite 3, Nr.17 auf seiner Diskussionsseite:== Sauber images by Xenophon == -, worauf wir uns als generellen Ausweg aus diesem spezifischen Postkartenproblem auf die Autorennennung "Anonymous" + die angegebene Lizenz, wie sie in der von dir beanstandeten File vorgenommen sind, einigten. Offen gestanden habe ich wenig Lust, diese wochenlange Diskussion erneut aufzurollen und möchte dich bitten, dich auf der angegebenen Diskussionsseite über den Stand der Dinge zu informieren. Falls du eine bessere Lösung weist, nehme ich die Anregung gerne auf. Xenophon 20:45, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
