Paddy Mills (17 March 1884 – 12 July 1957) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne and Carlton in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Mills played with South Bendigo Football Club in 1910 and 1911, then with Rochester Football Club from 1912 to 1915, with Mills coaching Rochester in 1913 and 1914 (premiers), in the Wednesday afternoon Goulburn Valley Football League competition.
