- Victoria Dockside is a property development on the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong near East Tsim Sha Tsui station. The development opened in stages between 2018 and 2019 at a cost of US$2.6 billion. First founded in 1910, the site was originally known as Holt's Wharf. The development includes K11 Musea, a shopping centre; serviced apartments, office space, and a hotel. The development is home to a 284-metre skyscraper designed by architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox; it is currently the 8th-tallest building in Hong Kong. (en)
- Victoria Dockside（維港文化匯）位於香港九龍尖沙咀梳士巴利道18號，毗鄰梳士巴利花園、香港藝術館、星光大道和香港太空館，是位於尖沙咀核心地段的綜合型發展項目，總樓面面積達300萬平方呎，於2019年全面啟用。項目的第一期K11 ATELIER已於2018年4月底正式開幕，銳意將該區發展成國際級創意藝術設計新地標。VICTORIA DOCKSIDE前身為於1978年12月建成的新世界中心，是全港首個集合商場、酒店及服務式住宅為一的綜合商住區，在八、九十年代一度成為文化藝術及時尚潮人的集中地，其後於1997年建成地下商場——名店城，兩者均於2009年至2011年被拆卸，於2012年年底起分階段重建，VICTORIA DOCKSIDE耗資200億港元，2019年全面落成啟用後建築面積達32萬平方米，包括藝術、設計及消閒體驗，為新世界發展目前規模最龐大的項目，亦是全港唯一將變壓器房設於核心筒的摩天大廈。 (zh)
