- فوهة البئر هو عنصر موجود على سطح بئر النفط والغاز الطبيعي الذي يوفر واجهة هيكلية تحتوي على الضغط من أجل الحفر وإنتاج المعدات. الغرض الأساسي من فوهة البئر هو توفير نقطة التعليق وضغط الأختام لتغليف السلاسل التي تمتد من الجزء السفلي من أقسام الحفرة لمعدات السيطرة على ضغط السطح. عند حفر آبار النفط، يتم توفير السيطرة على ضغط السطح عن طريق مانع الانفجار. إذا لم يتم احتواء الضغط أثناء عملية الحفر من قبل عمود سائل البحر والأغلفة وفوهة البئر ومانع الانفجار؛ فإن الانفجار قد يحدث أيضاً.عادة يتم لحام فوهات الآبار على السلسلة الأولى من الغلاف الذي يتم تثبيته في المكان أثناء عمليات الحفر لتشكيل هيكل يكون جزءاً من البئر. في الآبار الاستكشافية التي تكون مهجورة لاحقاً، فإن رءوس الآبار الموجودة هناك يمكن استعادتها لتجديد وإعادة استخدامها. - Una testa pozzo è il componente di un pozzo di petrolio o di gas che si trova in superficie e che ne permette il collegamento con tubazioni e impianti. La testa pozzo è costituita essenzialmente da una struttura in acciaio fornita di una serie di valvole azionate manualmente e automaticamente (wing e master valve), alcune delle quali servono a monitorare le intercapedini del pozzo (valvole di casing, o di colonna) mentre altre servono a intercettare il flusso di idrocarburo da e verso il giacimento (valvole di tubing).La testa pozzo serve a garantire il punto di sospensione del pozzo dal punto di vista strutturale, nonché la tenuta e il controllo della pressione all'interno del pozzo stesso.Durante la fase di perforazione del pozzo di petrolio e/o di gas il controllo della pressione del fluido nel pozzo è garantita da un blowout preventer (BOP) il quale deve impedire l'eruzione del pozzo. A termine perforazione il pozzo viene completato inserendo un condotto tubolare di acciaio ("casing") per canalizzare i fluidi del pozzo e in con la testa pozzo in superficie, in cima alla quale è installato un Albero di Natale con valvole di isolamento e dispositivi di strozzatura per controllare il flusso dei fluidi del pozzo durante la produzione. Le teste pozzo sono in genere saldate sul primo tratto di "casing", che è stato cementato in sede durante le operazioni di perforazione, per formare la struttura integrale del pozzo. Nei pozzi di esplorazione che vengono successivamente abbandonati, la testa pozzo può essere recuperata per essere rinnovata e riutilizzata. Nel settore Offshore, una testa pozzo che si trova sulla piattaforma di produzione viene chiamata testa pozzo di superficie mentre, se si trova sott'acqua, viene chiamata testa pozzo sottomarina. - A wellhead is the component at the surface of an oil or gas well that provides the structural and pressure-containing interface for the drilling and production equipment. The primary purpose of a wellhead is to provide the suspension point and pressure seals for the casing strings that run from the bottom of the hole sections to the surface pressure control equipment. While drilling the oil well, surface pressure control is provided by a blowout preventer (BOP). If the pressure is not contained during drilling operations by the column of drilling fluid, casings, wellhead, and BOP, a well blowout could occur. When the well has been drilled, it is completed to provide an interface with the reservoir rock and a tubular conduit for the well fluids. The surface pressure control is provided by a Christmas tree, which is installed on top of the wellhead, with isolation valves and choke equipment to control the flow of well fluids during production. Wellheads are typically welded onto the first string of casing, which has been cemented in place during drilling operations, to form an integral structure of the well. In exploration wells that are later abandoned, the wellhead may be recovered for refurbishment and re-use. Offshore, where a wellhead is located on the production platform it is called a surface wellhead, and if located beneath the water then it is referred to as a subsea wellhead or mudline wellhead.
