STD-NMR results showing the interaction between Pis-1 and its analogs with LPS.
(A) Pis-1, (B) Pis-V10K, and (C) Pis-F2K/V10K. Spectral differences primarily constituted resonances belonging to peptide protons bound to LPS. STD experiments were carried out at a peptide concentration of 0.5 mM in presence of 0.1 mg/mL LPS in H2O, pH 5.9 at 298 K.
