I am nominating Pi zero for admin as (s)he has been an experienced editor, and I believe (s)he will make good use of the admin tools. Do you accept? Kayau ( talk | email | contribs ) 13:01, 2 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I accept — by which I mean, without prejudice, that I'm willing to be considered for the tools. The community should understand that I already spend at least as much time on Wikibooks as I can afford to; so any use I made of the tools would come out of about the same limited time I already spend here. It's possible, though, that my definition of "limited time" is somewhat lax, while my definition of active involvement is somewhat exaggerated. Lately I've been dropping by Wikibooks at least once or twice a day, and averaging in the rough neighborhood of a hundred edits per month; on the adequacy of that involvement level for an admin, I defer to the community's judgment. --Pi zero (talk) 04:32, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support. Pi zero has demonstrated to have firm understanding on the spirit of the project, its rules and fragilities. He does already spent time fighting general vandalism and his work on Wikijunior has not gone without notice. I'm certain, he will be able to conform to the expectations of the function and help us keep the project going... --Panic (talk) 09:52, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support Thank you for accepting. As a long-time user, you have already been involved with many maintenance tasks. The tools will make this a bit easier. --Jomegat (talk) 11:19, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support. Asking myself who would be a good person to add to the roster, Pi zero definitely tops the list. The use of my contributions as an example of active involvement is interesting... I certainly wouldn't hold anyone else to that level of participation. Visiting daily and a hundred edits a month is pretty good for an activity level at Wikibooks. As long as Pi zero doesn't feel as though the tools would be an undue burden on his time, I'm fully in support of granting them. -- Adrignola talk contribs 12:36, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Support An excellent editor who has been around a long time, been involved, and is generally a good role model. Besides he has an excellent understand of grammar. Thenub314 (talk) 14:47, 3 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Since you mentioned grammar, I might as well point out that understand is not a noun. :D Kayau ( talk | email | contribs ) 11:03, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
