Ackroyd baronets
Appearance
The Ackroyd Baronetcy, of Dewsbury in the West Riding of the County of York,[2] is a title in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom. It was created on 5 July 1956 for Cuthbert Ackroyd, Lord Mayor of London between 1955 and 1956.
As of 2010[update] the title is held by his grandson and noted actor Timothy Ackroyd, the third Baronet, who succeeded his father in 1995.
