I looked up the "culture" page and found this as the third definition of culture:
The set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution, organization or group
Um, therein lies the rub. Every single magazine in existence is trying to address the attitudes, values, goals, and practices of some group of people, whether a tightly defined group, or a loosely organized widespread group. So, although the original creators of the group may have had a different intent, this has now become a catch-all category with no significant difference from the magazine-stub category. IMHO, this category needs to be abandoned or at least more tightly defined. Dawynn (talk) 16:41, 10 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
