Dais Records is an American independent record label founded in August 2007 by musicians Gibby Miller and Ryan Martin, and based in Los Angeles, California, and Brooklyn, New York.[1]
History
[edit]The label traces its origins to Ryan Martin's time as manager for industrial music pioneer Genesis P-Orridge, of Throbbing Gristle and Psychic TV renown. Martin had discovered a box of tapes that had included a recording by Early Worm, a very early project by P-Orridge, who suggested that Martin give it an official release.[2]
