Caswell B. Neal

Caswell B. Neal was a lawyer and state legislator in Arkansas He served in the Arkansas House of Representatives.[1]

He testified he was a native of Tennessee and lived in Sebastian County beginning in 1860. Large landowner. He was a Democrat. He represented three counties in the Arkansas House. He was an impeachment manager in the case of Clayton Powell and testified he did not find evidence supporting impeachment. He was president of the Kansas and Fort Smith Railroad.[1]

He lived in Greenwood, Arkansas.[2]

John Sebastian Little studied law under him.[3]
