SPFlite is a free file manager and text editor for computers with the Windows operating system. It was inspired by IBM's mainframe-based ISPF; SPFlite is line-oriented and command-driven,[1] even though SPFLite has some additional facilities.
SPFlite was originally released in 2004. It was created by George Deluca and Robert Hodge and it is licensed under the series GNU General Public License.[2]
Version 3.0 was released in 2023 and is the current version.[3]
