Astro Shuang Xing HD is the simulcast HD version of Astro Shuang Xing. It was launched on 16 November 2014 for all [[Astro (television)|Astro]] customers that subscribed to HD service with Dynasty Pack or New Emperor Pack on channel 307 (HD). Astro Shuang Xing and Astro Shuang Xing HD features [[Mandarin Chinese|Mandarin]] and [[Cantonese]] audio language and [[Chinese language|Chinese]], [[Bahasa Malaysia]] and [[English language|English]] subtitles. == History and programming == Astro Shuang Xing started in 2003 broadcasting two channels, i.e., Shuang Xing 1 and Shuang Xing 2. A few years later, both channels were merged as one. Its programming genres cover from epic to idol, action, costume, comedy and romance. Its unique scheduling pattern enables viewers to catch up on the last episode first before broadcasting the new episode. Malay and Chinese subtitles are available for all dramas (excluding Singapore dramas who didn't have Chinese subtitles).
