Upazilas

OK, I'm confused. Is upazila a term for Bangladesh third level division or a type of third-level division? Because even according to the Upazila article, there are a good chunk of urban areas that doesn't fall under upazila jurisdiction.140.198.32.130 (talk) 21:09, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
