Bias
[edit]this is a typically biased wikipedia article and it disturbs me greatly.
if all she did is write "change angry youth", it looks like nothing at all, which is clearly the intent of this slanted wikipedia article, making the chinese government look really bad.
but the fact that the chinese government felt it necessary to take such strong measures shows there's an important cultural context which is completely missing from this article. these kinds of articles show tremendous bias on the part of wikipedia, "Chinese government bad! human rights good!", rather than helping us understand the true nuances of the situation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.38.217.36 (talk) 15:52, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comment. If you're concerned that the article does not accurately cover the existing information on a subject, a good starting point is to suggest some reliable sources that could provide a different point-of-view. -- Khazar2 (talk) 16:27, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
Unfortunately I don't know anything about the situation. I'm not chinese, nor do I live in china, nor do I have formed opinions on the Chinese government. I've just started to notice this more and more in wikipedia articles of not following the neutral point of view and for such an important publication it concerns me greatly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.38.217.36 (talk) 19:29, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
