Talk:Newfoundland
Newfoundland (disambiguation) lists "Newfoundland" with a brief reference to the many decades when it was a separate territorial entity, but at present that link redirects (which I have a feeling links on redirect pages are not supposed to do). If redirecting is really the best for the bare name, shouldn't there also be a page for the former province? Something like what many enlarged UK counties have, "Newfoundland (historic)", perhaps? Newfoundland (island) should not suffice because it was not the province name.
