Your solution for the copyvio problems? AlanS (talk) 13:17, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
* Copyrighted material has been removed, please consider removing of the copyvio CSD template. CutestPenguin {talkcontribs} 13:22, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Now you have a very major notability problem. Nothing in the article at all explains how the organisation is notable. AlanS (talk) 14:13, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
According to WP:ORG, An organization is generally considered notable if it has been the subject of significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources.. CutestPenguin {talkcontribs} 14:33, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The Foundation's relationship to Reliance Industries needs to be made clear. Also, looking at one of the sources, the one in Business Standard, I am not sure whether some things mentioned are the Foundation or the conglomerate: the hospital, in particular. Could someone more knowledegable sort this out for the article? Related issue: was there a previous name, or did this foundation absorb programmes previously run by other foundations? I notice that the scholarship programme predates the Reliance Foundation. Information on how it is endowed/its sources of funding would also be nice and may relate to these issues. Reliance Foundation is a integral part of Reliance Industries, the foundation receives all its funds from Reliance Industries which further invested for various proposes. Currently Reliance Foundation running various schools, and charitable centers including hospital such as Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital and Medical Research Institute. The foundation have already announced to establish its own University under its plan, education for all and "padhega india tabhi to badhega india" CutestPenguin {talkcontribs} 15:26, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Good. Those specifics need to be in the article. Some of them can be referenced from publications of the Foundation itself. Yngvadottir (talk) 16:09, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Purpose and activities

[edit]

@Yngvadottir: How about using third level of heading for the different objectives under Purpose and activities? CutestPenguin {talkcontribs} 14:47, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Not enough material yet, in my judgement. I'd rather it become a set of paragraphs rather than a bulleted list, truth to tell, but the most important thing is to have specific examples for all the items. What is Sponsored Initiatives? Yngvadottir (talk) 14:50, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Recently Reliance foundation joined one of the biggest Television show in India, Satyamev Jayate which was hosted by Aamir Khan and broadcasted by Star Plus. This programme was based on the true incidents and stories for each seasons of the show, Reliance foundation contributed (funded) 1 crore (equbilient to 167348 US Dollar) to support other NGOs and Govt. organizations so that they can deal with various problems caused due to lack of financial support (you can see more here). I'll have a look when I have time; thanks for the reference. Possibly that list item needs to be rephrased. Yngvadottir (talk) 16:10, 9 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
