Thanks for your opinion. My opinion is that policing and clean up is best done by those who helped build an encyclopedia. Lightburst (talk) 12:53, 19 August 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for the kind words. I can't believe they deleted the page, despite 19 votes (out of 54) to keep it. That is not a consensus. And the reason? There is a supposed consensus that a list of scientists, that are not climate scientists, is not appropriate? That is absurd. What do we do, and how do we fix this? Kolg8 (talk) 00:41, 20 November 2019 (UTC)
Thanks. It is very difficult. The nominator canvassed a bunch of editors over to delete that article but he will not face sanctions. The involved editors have attacked the article rescue project where I posted that article, and then made multiple attempts to have the article rescue project eliminated. One is still going. It is a terrible shame. You can file a deletion review. Or try to recreate it addressing the concerns of the Delete votes. A copy exists on a wiki mirror site. Your editing and assistance at Bachelor Lake and at the AFD discussion made a big difference. In the face of adversity, article improved; rescue done. Congratulations. 7&6=thirteen (☎) 11:32, 8 January 2020 (UTC)

I, Keeper, award User:Lightburst with this star for saving Freimann Hotel Building from speedy demise. As the AfD went well, you should consider this article as one that you've created...Great work! 7&6=thirteen (☎) 14:53, 23 July 2020 (UTC)

Thanks Sarrail! I am not an editor in that area, but I am going to hope that other editors assist. David Epstein knows much more in this field. Lightburst (talk) 16:13, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

Hello Lightburst! Ravenswing has given you a bit of sunshine to brighten your day! (See, I was just trolling through my talk page archive when I came upon a very thoughtful apology from you, the more so given the couple times we've clashed over the years. The least I can do is spread some summer sun in return, and hope that your day is going well.) Ravenswing 06:49, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
Much appreciated Ravenswing - that does brighten my day. Lightburst (talk) 14:03, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
