Regarding your edits to SpongeBob SquarePants: please don't remove such large sections of content without a good reason provided in your edit summary. Doing so may be seen as vandalism. Also, it is generally seen as bad etiquette to type in ALL CAPS - if you have a good reason for removing the content, then stay cool, and calmly explain your position. If you have a disagreement with another editor over whether the content should stay or not, you can discuss things in further detail on the talk page. Thanks. --PeruvianLlama(spit) 04:23, 3 December 2005 (UTC)

Why are you removing this content? Please explain why in your edit summary

Prodegotalk 19:13, 4 December 2005 (UTC)

I have reverted your misuse of {{deletedpage}} template. It is only intended for admins combatting page re-creation vandalism. I'm unsure what you wanted to really do there, but if you want to delete the page, then may I suggest AfD? jni 08:14, 12 December 2005 (UTC)

Edit summary

When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

Edit summary text box

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field, especially for big edits or when you are making subtle but important changes, like changing dates or numbers. Thank you. -- Perfecto  19:23, 13 December 2005 (UTC)

  2. Hi there. It seems you have been removing some info from the SpongeBob SquarePants episodes page. I was just wondering what your reason for that was. Because other users are reverting those edits, but if there is a legitimate reason for your edits, there is no reason why they shouldn't remain. Thanks - Akamad 01:44, 18 December 2005 (UTC)
  3. This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Cool CatTalk|@ 01:54, 18 December 2005 (UTC)

  1. Please don't remove warnings from your talk page, as this is considered vandalism by most administrators. // Pathoschild 05:02, 19 December 2005 (UTC)

Image Tagging Image:Lil JJ.jpg

Warning sign
This image may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Lil JJ.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the image, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created the image yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the image on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the image yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the image also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the image qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other images, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of image pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. cohesiontalk 02:31, 17 January 2006 (UTC)

Image Tagged as Fair Use

Greetings. Thank you for uploading Image:Sears_grand_logo.gif. This image has been tagged as fair use. Please add a detailed rationale for each use of the image, as described on Wikipedia:Image_description_page. --Regards, Dethomas 03:41, 12 February 2006 (UTC)

Linking Steve Howey on the Reba page

Hi, I noticed that you edited the page of Reba the TV series recently and were one of many editors to put link coding around Steve Howey's name. If you follow the link, you would notice that it leads to a page about a British footballer, not the American actor Steve Howey. The actor currently does not have a Wikipedia page and is probably not notable enough to merit the creation of one, so if you edit Reba in the future, please keep this in mind. Thank you. Request for edit summary

Hi. I am a bot, and I am writing to you with a request. I would like to ask you, if possible, to use edit summaries a bit more often when you contribute. The reason an edit summary is important is because it allows your fellow contributors to understand what you changed; you can think of it as the "Subject:" line in an email. For your information, your current edit summary usage is 11% for major edits and 23% for minor edits. (Based on the last 150 major and 44 minor edits in the article namespace.)

This is just a suggestion, and I hope that I did not appear inpolite. You do not need to reply to this message, but if you would like to give me feedback, you can do so at the feedback page. Thank you, and happy edits, Mathbot 03:34, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

Meier & Frank

The Meier & Frank store in Lloyd Center should NOT be changed to Macy's. The store is still called Meier & Frank and the name will not change to Macy's until September 2006. Please read the article containing the May Merger before making any changes. Thanks Bucs2004 23:30, 28 February 2006 (UTC))

Improving dead mall list

I've started a topic on the talk page for List of dead and distressed shopping malls about how to continue to improve the article, now that it's survived an AfD. Hope you'll join in. SchuminWeb (Talk) 03:01, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

SpongeBob Sequel

Excuse me sir, but is there any way of knowing that there will never be a sequel to the SpongeBob SquarePants Movie? I thought an upcoming sequel was possible, as it had come true for the Rugrats Movie. Marcus2 22:37, 2 March 2006 (UTC)

Good job with the SpongeBob edits

I've noticed that you've helped remove a lot of the questionable references to a SpongeBob movie sequel. Keep up the good work. --Madchester 07:39, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

I reverted your large removal from this article, please use edit summaries or talk page entries when doing large removals to avoid anyone mistaking it as vandalism. xaosflux Talk/CVU 03:48, 5 March 2006 (UTC)

SpongeBob

These episodes are not faked! Here is a website that proves it: http://www.spongebob.de/

Nicktoons Network

Don't revert the Nicktoons Network page again. I did mess it up a little, but i now fixed it, and added the Nicktoons Shorts article to it. It should have not have been a seperate article. Aido2002 05:14, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

Rich's

It seems we are editing each other constantly on this page :) I originally had a website dedicated to Rich's and removed the site for various reasons. Before doing this I became an expert on the recent history of the chain and had obtained photographs of most of the stores including all in Atlanta. I'm glad someone else is interested. I know you didn't like the original 1960's logo, but I hope to either clean that up and find the font. I am against using any part of the Rich's-Macy's logo because the Rich's logo was condensed, not in the original green and did not properly represent the logo as it was used for nearly 60 years. Just so you know this here is the culmination of a lot of time and money spent researching one of the oldest department stores in the nation. Thanks. By Garoadwarrior 8:02, 19 March 2006

Image Tagging Image:K Mart 5.jpg

Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:K Mart 5.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then there needs to be an argument why we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then it needs to be specified where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, consider reading fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, consider checking that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Image legality questions page. Thank you. -SCEhardT 22:26, 7 April 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Photo_kmart.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

My Crappy Images

I see that you replaced the image I uploaded of the Sears near me. I understand, too because my camera STINKS at getting the sky color right. Feel free to change some of my others with "white skies" with better ones. 02:14, 9 April 2006 (UTC) Alexzero77

P.S: I'm going to take a picture of Kmart with the new red "kmart" logo that's near my house. I couldn't today because there was an easter sale and all these signs were everywhere! :D
