Let clear things up: If i created/took the picture then you can use {{gfdl}} to release it under the GFDL. If i can claim fair use use {{fairuse}}.

Gfdl: means i created the image my self, right? And Fairuse: is if i found in on a website, right?

Completly different message

[edit]

Pak21 its me again. You've been sending me quite a bit of messages,(mostly about the images), anyway i think we started on the wrong foot so let get to know each other a bit.

1. what is your real name?

2. how did you get the name Pak21?

3. how have you been on wikipedia?

4.what's your speciality?

5.what do you do for a living?

6. Do you know Sango123?

Ps: i'm still sorry about the images, i hope you forgive me, so that maybe we can be friends.

[edit]

Het Pak21, me again. I think i know how to tag images, but the thing is..... i don't know what they can be classified as, you know if i put in screenshots of a game, the i simple put in {{game-screenshot}} for example, right?

So can you tell me what these images are classified as?

Hey there pak21, me again (again), got your message, so i use GFDL instead of Fairuse, right?

Dumoren 04:12, 19 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Then what do i use?

Dumoren images

[edit]

Hey there Pak21, how have you been, can i ask you something, how can i find out if the images are able to be put on wiki?

Ps: have you answered my previous messages, particulary the one where it doesn't say anything about images?

Dumoren 08:43, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Favor

[edit]

Hey there Pak21 Dumoren again, listen, about the images, let me ask you something; how about 'before i put the message on wiki, you see for your self if its applicable, deal(i guess).

Dumoren 02:27, 25 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

okay, okay, okay i can tell your really mad at me:

1.The website for "dungeons and dragons troll" and "Bgskull" are:

troll:http://www.bradsmoley.com/ironwars/episode1.html (dungeons and dragons troll) and

http://towerwebproductions.com/baldursgate/.

2. Alright, for one i'll not keep, ummm bragging(?) you for images, however il only do images i know can be put on wiki, while images i'm not sure off, i'll ask you or Sango123.

Ps: do you know Sango123?

Dumoren 02:14, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

other images

[edit]

Hey there me again(again(again)) glad your not mad at me, but i understand your concern for wikipedia, so i'll give the list of images that i've put on recently and that are not tagged, i've added previous images but they are tagged:

Krayt dragon:http://www.planetbaldursgate.com/mridalmn/starwars/index.shtml

Argonian:http://tes.ag.ru/mw/artwork/races.shtml

New Sarevok image:http://www.planetbaldursgate.com/bg/media/screenshots/misc/

umber hulk:http://surbrook.devermore.net/adaptionscreatures/dnd/umberhulk.html

Zergling:http://media.cube.gamespy.com/media/489/489844/img_2192432.html

mutalisk:http://www.blizzard.com/ghost/artwork/art18.shtml

i'm pretty sure 80% sure that at least zergling, mutalisk and new sarevok image are able to be kept, nut i'm 98% sure Krayt dragon image will be kept, when i got it, it was a wall paper choice.

sarevok images

[edit]

Dumoren here, about the Sarevok images:

1.the first images at the top of the screen is a movie screenshot of the intro movie of Baldur's gate. it's tagged.

2. the one at the bottom is also tagged.

3. the one in the middle which i called "front Sarevok" is not tagged, but i'm sure it can be kept. when i went to the website, it's a" rendered" image of the bad guy from baldur's gate, but i'm pretty sure its a screenshot as well.

ps:what does rendered mean?

Dumoren 05:42, 30 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, okay, okay i see that i'm probably making you slightly frustrated, i'm sorry.

Any way, what you said to me "I wouldn't say the image is crucial to the article", i think there should be at least 1 image in certain articles, as the saying goes: "A picture is worth a thousand words".
