Speedy deletion nomination of Car purchasing

Hello, I'm Instantmatter49. I have tagged your article for speedy deletion for the following reasons:

A7: I don't see any reason why an article about purchasing a car should be on an encyclopedia. Also, this looks like a guide on how to purchase a car, which is not allowed on Wikipedia. See WP:NOTGUIDE for more info.
G11: I have also noticed that there's an external link right at the end of the article, which raises suspicion that this article is also likely either an advertisement, a promotion, or may be sponsored by for one particular website, which is also not allowed on Wikipedia.
