Speedy deletion of Is nuclear power good, bad or, nuetral?

A tag has been placed on Is nuclear power good, bad or, nuetral?, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Is nuclear power good, bad or, nuetral?, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- Essay, with no possibility it can ever be more than a content fork of Nuclear power

I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Is nuclear power good, bad or, nuetral?. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns.
