Was prodded nearly seven years ago, but now there is no consensus that The Azerbaijan Premier League is fully professional, player fails WP:NFOOTY as he has not played in a fully professional league, nor senior international football. No indication of any other achievements that have garnered sufficient, significant coverage to satisfy WP:GNG. Looking at his number of appearances, the number of clubs he has played for and his appearances / club, seems the very definition of a non-notable journeyman footballer.
