I would say this nomination has no merit. The subject is not notable for his company only, he also founded Hash, Marihuana & Hemp Museum and Hemp Museum Gallery as well so I do not see a point why his page should be redirected to his company Sensi Seeds? As for notability, the subject has been covered widely in several independent newspapers, magazines and books such as [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7] and many more! Keep The subject of the article attained notability through the importance and grandeur of his company. Furthermore, the article passed WP:BASIC. Also, the search with the Russian keywords "Бен Дронкерс" and "Дронкерс, Бен" brought up a good amount of news articles that cover the subject in detail. Keep the article. The subject easily pass GNG. There are ample in-depth coverage about this person in several English and non-English sources. Also, there is no valid rationale to redirect it to sensi seeds because as I mentioned earlier the person has founded Hash, Marihuana & Hemp Museum and Hemp Museum Gallery too and I find no valid reason to redirect it to Sensi Seeds.
