Celebrity culture

Article relies primarily on WP:ORIGINAL research rather than reliable secondary sources. Furthermore, the subject may be too nebulous to be the subject of an encyclopedic article. Fiachra10003 (talk) 15:37, 24 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Weak keep. Celebrity culture is certainly a valid article topic. There are stacks of books discussing the topic, and even a handful of scholarly journal articles. The current content here, however, is not really representative of that body of work. I'm uncertain whether it's so badly lacking as to warrant a TNT-deletion, however. Keep Click the link to Google news at the top of this AFD, and it has "13,600 results". This is notable thing. The article just needs improved references. Dream Focus 04:24, 1 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
