Doesn't meet WP:GNG. Being "the first Canadian Officer to fall in battle during the Boer War." and "He is the namesake of Chaswood, Nova Scotia" both lack RS and its questionable if either actually establishes notability. Doesn't meet any of WP:SOLDIER. The page seems to be more about his family than him, but notability is WP:NOTINHERITED Mztourist (talk) 03:07, 26 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
