Minimally sourced WP:BLP of a person notable primarily as the organizer of a one-off hockey competition — and even the competition itself doesn't actually have an article, making it even more doubtful that a person could attain permanent encyclopedic notability as the organizer of a non-notable event. The only other thing this article contains at all is an unsuccessful candidacy for his local city council, which does not satisfy WP:NPOL. So all told, he's just a WP:BLP1E. Delete.
