Not seeing any notability, not even sure who the single source is actually about, as wit seems to be about at least two people. Slatersteven (talk) 13:20, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- I added the necessary sources and correct the text to clarify the biography of only one person, Fernand Bachmann and not his brother Raoul. Y.Leclercq (talk) 09:39, 15 October 2019 (UTC)

Comment. This article is rather poorly written compared to the French wikipedia article which makes it more clear that he was the main face/spokesman for the cars manufactured by Lucien Chenard whose cars he raced as part of that role. He's also the namesake of a contemporary clothing fashion line in France. It's very difficult to judge the sources on this one because I am not completely fluent in French. Some French speaking wikipedians would be helpful in evaluating this article.4meter4 (talk) 16:39, 25 October 2019 (UTC)
- Keep: The subject clearly passes WP:NMOTORSPORT #3 as having competed and finishing 7th in the first edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The subject probably falls just short of WP:GNG (it's likely that there are older sources from the time period... which is not a real argument, I know): besides several blog posts, passing mentions, and the brand's own website, the articles in Le Fashion Post and Men Are Delicious are the only two I could find that resemble significant coverage; both sources self-describe as professional magazines but are dubious as potential reliable sources. The participation in the first Le Mans should be enough though. — MarkH21 (talk) 07:37, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
