This article seems like a violation of WP:OR. Some people have taken humoristic variety of a national stereotype and presented is as an academic subject. Starting this article on Wikipedia is the equivalent of starting an article titled "Management by God-damn-it". I suggest removal, put this on Uncyclopedia please.
