Typical COI/vanity page with lots of promotional nonsense WP:REFBOMB'D with every single mention of their name. Nswix (talk) 00:43, 25 April 2023 (UTC)

- Delete PROMO out the wazoo, with podcasts he hosts as sourcing, this is far off from GNG territory, soldier. Oaktree b (talk) 03:18, 25 April 2023 (UTC)

KEEPREDIRECT to Modern Army Combatives. Larsen is the creator of an original martial art style and the author of a reference book on the subject, therefore clears both "Founder of notable style" and "Author of significant book(s) on their style" in Martial artists notability. In addition he's a black belt hall of fame inductee, the creator of a dedicated school, a tournament and a belt system (former UFC fighter Tim Kennedy being one of the first promoted). I do agree though that it is badly written and referenced and that it sounds like a vanity project, but please follow Wikipedia:Articles for deletion and "consider whether the article could be improved rather than deleted". There enough RS out there to fix this one up. There are plenty of better known instructors (countless members of Gracie family and people with better known students) who still don't meet notability. Nswix (talk) 03:07, 1 May 2023 (UTC)
- @Nswix I agree that it is a vanity article but we still need to follow GNG and he is the founder of a notable style. I have changed to Redirect as I have found a link to the style and per WikiProject Martial arts/Notability "even if an artist is notable - if there is only one paragraph or so of material about them, then that should be included in the article about their style or school if that is notable," Lewolka (talk) 11:25, 1 May 2023 (UTC)

- Delete fails WP:GNG with massive CoI/vanity/promo issues. Mztourist (talk) 07:40, 1 May 2023 (UTC)
