The Award has no secondary reliable coverage except two entries from The Hindu but still it fails to assert why the award is in itself notable. The NGO Ramineni Foundation and its founder Ramineni Ayyanna Choudary are both non notable according to wikipedia standards and the Award currently does not asserts notability.
