Delete or redirect to Eastern Township, Franklin County, Illinois. I'm finding no WP:SIGCOV on a Google search. This seems to be one of thousands of railroad stops and junctions that were on USGS maps pre-1940s then transferred to the USGS GNIS as populated places because no distinction between populated settlements and unpopulated locales was made on the old maps. See Wikipedia:Reliability of GNIS data. (See also Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Akin Junction, Illinois a little to the north.
