  • Purely on the technical data, I'd call this  Technically indistinguishable. With the editing, I'm happy to tag as confirmed. There are some other untagged blocked accounts on the range that might be them too, but I don't see any unblocked accounts at present. First edit was to recreate Madan Gowri at their sandbox [50]. Same day, pasted it to Draft:Madan Gowri (YouTuber), to get around salted Draft:Madan Gowri. A few more edits for confirmation, then pasted it to Madan Gowri (YouTuber), to get around salted Madan Gowri.

There are at least two other puppeteers for this, User:Bothiman, and User:Daaask. This seemed the most likely of the three. Storchy (talk) 18:06, 6 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • They're in the same country, but if this is Muhammeddhalifjr they have got a new device and a bunch of new IP ranges to edit from -  Unlikely. They're currently temporarily blocked for copyvio, and I'm not seeing any sign of block evasion or use of alt accounts while they were editing under this account. Closing without further action. Verbose tirade alert!

There have been at least two other SPIs (RAJAGOPALAN SRINIVASAN and PavanKishoreG) related to the various incarnations of the Kuppusamy Annamalai, Annamalai Kuppusamy, K. Annamalai, etc. drafts and articles, so I'm not sure which one to link this to. But anyway, Vikepro has now a couple of times recreated Draft:K. Annamalai, which was previously attempted by Homolego, who in turn was earlier this year investigated as a possible sock of Muhammeddhalifjr, hence I'm filing this here, as I can't seem to find a better connection.

Apart from that Draft:K. Annamalai creation, there are some faint similarities in edit comments. And both users have user pages with biographical info which seems fake to me. Yes, this is all pretty tenuous, I admit.

Also, Vikepro made this edit to another user's talk page pretending to be an admin and issuing a fake warning. And apparently Homolego has tried to pull something similar: User_talk:Homolego#Your_claim_to_be_an_administrator_on_Wikipedia.

BTW, when I challenged Vikepro on that and a couple of other things on their user page User_talk:Vikepro#Please_explain, their answer was pretty wishy-washy IMO, and completely failed to address this fake-admin point.

There's so much dodgy doings going on in this Annamalai space that maybe I'm seeing things that aren't there. But on the other hand, there's defo something not quite right about both Vikepro and Homolego (the latter has had plenty of attention before, usually of the wrong sort).

Asking for CU in case that helps to find a connection.

Finally, I presume you can't go on a fishing expedition to try to link SPI cases without reasonable cause, and I expect it would be quite laborious in any case, but if you can see whether there are any connections between this and the other Annamalai-related cases (RAJAGOPALAN SRINIVASAN, PavanKishoreG), that would be great.

I'm adding to this Kelmaa, a self-confessed paid editor, who has recently created K. Annamalai (politician) on the same subject. Also Sathya Palaniyappan, whose only edit so far was to come to the AfC HD to complain about that article's visibility on Google (go figure!). Annamalai is a leading and emerging as a great leader.He was a police officer and resign his jobs as he wants to become a public figure.He is going famous in news for his work for elections. That's why many editors want to create a article for him.
