If it is not, strike it through on the worklist, using <s>...</s>.
If it is, add the {{WPMILHIST}} tag to its talk page, including the appropriate assessment level; then remove it from the worklist.
Please also remove any redlink articles, category pages, user pages, and template pages from the worklist.
