IPs cannot be checked. — regards, Revi 04:33, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
@-revi: Thanks, however, in the header we can read "Valid reasons include needing a block of the underlying IP or IP range" but IPs cannot be checked? What's the meaning of that ? --SleaY (talk) 05:28, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
You already have an IP addresses to block. That only applies for accounts which you cannot see IP. — regards, Revi 06:20, 1 April 2018 (UTC)

花花8888@zhwiki

Xiaohei Xiaohei is Stale, last action 2017-11. — regards, Revi 07:59, 2 April 2018 (UTC)
@-revi: Then could you please check the relation between 圓圓8888 and 花花8888? They are both blocked as socks of Xiaohei Xiaohei. --Stang 08:34, 2 April 2018 (UTC)
Completed Completed: 花花8888 and 圓圓8888 are Likely Likely. — regards, Revi 09:04, 2 April 2018 (UTC)

Inconclusive Inconclusive Ryan Williamson

Overall, there was too small contribution sample to run checks on. As I can't read/speak Chinese, this is purely technical data and zhwiki community should do their own behavioral checks. — regards, Revi 13:12, 4 April 2018 (UTC)

MidnightSun2400@zh.wikipedia

Not done @Lnnocentius: Apart from MidnightSun2400, all of the others are stale (CU data is only stored for 90 days) i.e. their last edits were more than 3 months ago. MidnightSun2400's IPs did not reveal any additional accounts. You will have to examine behavioural evidence locally. Green Giant (talk) 14:31, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
Thank you for the quick response.--Innocentius Aiolos 14:34, 4 April 2018 (UTC)

Manc L.A.@zh.wikipedia

@Silvermetals: the CU data suggests these three are Likely Likely to be the same person, together with one more (燃氣), who is linked to Azexla and I note is already locally blocked for vandalism. Further behavioural analysis will have to be done locally because I don’t speak/read Chinese. Green Giant (talk) 20:22, 4 April 2018 (UTC)

持續出沒的破壞者@zh.wikipedia

Just to add to the report: The first edit of this user ([3]) was to leave a profanity at an administrator's talk page. The user then left another profanity here ([4]), at the talk page of a confirmed sock (zh:User:Saeaaa), relating to a cross-wiki LTA Jessechi. Please take a look if possible, thank you. MCC214 Since the user has been blocked locally anyway, I think it's fine. This is probably a case of canvassing/meat puppetry if technical data does not match. Alex Shih (talk) 17:09, 10 April 2018 (UTC)

Ray678123 is Unrelated Unrelated. CYSHFLANKER and 祖國衛士 are Possible Possible socks of each other. Ruslik (talk) 19:55, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
This could be really interesting. On Mar. 8th we checked Ray678123 and CYSHFLANKER and these two were "confirmed" according to one of our CUers. The record could be found here: zh:Wikipedia:用戶查核請求/2018/3#Ray678123_2. --Innocentius Aiolos 20:15, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
@Ruslik0:,could we check if User:Superman12345 is related to the three accounts above? He is also known using IPs to commit edit warring with User:Ray678123. In fact, his/her editing styles were similar to Ray678123 and I think that could be a reason why our CUer claimed "confirmed" even though there were no technical relation. --Innocentius Aiolos 20:31, 11 April 2018 (UTC)
Superman12345 is Likely Likely a sock of CYSHFLANKER but Unrelated Unrelated to Ray678123. Ruslik (talk) 19:59, 12 April 2018 (UTC)

As the sockmaster has basically declared that they disagree with socking policy ([6]) and will continue to create more accounts (based on user page edits), I think a sleeper check would be beneficial. Alex Shih (talk) 05:23, 14 April 2018 (UTC)
ok, not done rescinded. It would be beneficial to both zhwiki community and stewards that if zhwiki can do some sort of Quality Control (discussing if checks are really needed) on zhwiki before coming to SRCU. — regards, Revi 05:43, 14 April 2018 (UTC)

Hatake@sq.wikipedia

Likely Likely Ruslik (talk) 20:19, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
Hello, I am a new sysop in sqwiki and I was wondering if the "likely" symbol is as strong as "confirmed", and if it should be treated that way. I do see the behavioral evidence presented by Udha, and there are some pointers there, but the "likely" symbol will need to be clarified further for me to block the user, who has been providing overall positive contributions. As far as the comment of Udha (Udha is currently blocked for disruption in sqwiki) for administrators who supposedly "unofficially" back and encourage Hatake, that is a lie, as every single confirmed sock of Hatake has been promptly blocked in sqwiki. I invite Udha to show evidence to the contrary. --1l2l3k (talk) 21:52, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
Likely means ‘A is likely to be related with B.’ — regards, Revi 22:03, 24 April 2018 (UTC)
This should be read as very likely but there are a number of other users in the same range and the UA string is a common one. So, there is small chance that this may be a coincidence but not very large chance. If you have behavioral evidence as well, this means that the case is confirmed. Ruslik (talk) 19:19, 25 April 2018 (UTC)

Hi Ruslik User:Zall-herr is the new sockpuppet created by User:Hatake in sqwiki. This new user seems experienced and in just a few days he has edited a lot of articles Hatake and his socks edited as well. He insults and attacks people all the time (example: Misto Treska ). I have behavioral evidence as well, this means that the case is confirmed. As one of the people attacked by him, I confirm Zall-herr is just another sockpuppet of Hatake, created just 1 day after his latest socks user:Dedalia and user:GjonBdeku were discovered and blocked. Please block him. Regards -- User:Arkivisti 19:55, 27 April 2018 (UTC)

We just provide the data as requested, and the decision whether to block that user or not is made by local administrators. We do not interfere with the local process. Thank you. — regards, Revi 07:29, 28 April 2018 (UTC)
If the administrator 1l2l3k wanted Hatake's sock Zall-Herr to be blocked he would've been blocked by now. It's been five days since Zall-Herr was confirmed as a sock, yet 1l2l3k didn't lift a finger to block him. 1l2l3k is the same admin who blocked a random anonymous IP with 1 edit for being a "sock of Udha", despite his behavior showing no correlation to mine.1 Yet somehow he cannot recognize a sock by Hatake even when he's presented with evidence, even after I successfully discovered 13 Hatake socks on my own since December while informing him (1...) first about each new sock?! 1l2l3k even has a personal list of most Hatake socks!--Udha (talk) 20:05, 29 April 2018 (UTC)
I am not the only administrator in sqwiki: there are 10 sysops, and neither one of them is "lifting a finger" to block the so-called sock, so I'm not the only one to have reservations as to whether this contributor should be blocked or not as sock. So, there are 9 other admins that so far have deemed the behavior evidence insufficient. As per Ruslik's explanation of "Likely", a confirmed sock is the one who, besides being "likely", has also some behavior evidence that is convincing. I personally find the behavioral evidence not convincing. Hatake, although had a poor behavior, was the most prolific contributor of sqwiki, with much original research, as well as references, brought to the Albanian wikipedia. As a result he touched thousands of articles. It is very easy to find someone who has edited on Hatake's articles and block them. Hec, I can block myself as a Hatake sock, because I have edited in many of Hatake's articles. Hatake was blocked, based on my recommendation, as a disruptive user. Udha was also banned with community vote from interacting with Hatake, because he was continuously baiting and harassing Hatake. Eventually Hatake was perm-blocked because of continuous improper language and behavior. Zall-herr does not have any similarity in language, behavior or other, more subtle forms of communication with Hatake. Hatake spoke in very heavy Shkoder dialect, and the articles suffered from it. Zall-herr has a completely different language in both personal communication and article writing style. I don't feel that there is any sufficient behavioral evidence to be sufficient to block the contributor. Other sysops, if they disagree with me, they can block him. I won't, for now. Zall-herr has been a positive contributor, and does NOT remind me of Hatake at all. --1l2l3k (talk) 14:07, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
